On the Discharge of the Functions of Scottish Public Authorities under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004

Scottish Ministers, after consulting the Scottish Information Commissioner, issue the following Code of Practice pursuant to regulation 18(1) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
