The Water Environment (Drinking Water Protected Areas) (Scotland) Order 2007
| Description | The 2007 Order identifies those bodies of water in the Scotland River Basin District which are used for the abstraction of drinking water. This is done by reference to maps which identify the bodies of surface water and groundwater which either provide more than 10 cubic metres of drinking water per day, or serve more than 50 persons, or are intended for such use. |
