This consultation invites views on: the principles that might guide Registers of Scotland's provision of information from the registers they hold (including the Land Register of Scotland and the General Register of Sasines); options for delivery of information; how the provision of information services might be funded; options for how charges might be levied; and how a licensing system might operate. It also invites views on the likely demand for citizens' portal access to their information services.
