This is the report of the Ministerial Task Force on Health Inequalities.
This booklet is published to coincide with the announcement of the findings from the National Discussion on the Future for Food in Scotland. It draws together key facts and figures on food and drink in Scotland. The facts are from a range of sources including official statistics, research and consumer surveys.
The framework outlines our shared ambition to enable young people to realise their potential by providing the appropriate opportunities and support at the right time.
Markets for Scottish primary produce include processing, household and export. This report explores the market, compares Scotland to other European countries and surveys Scottish processors to determine the origin of their inputs and the destination of their outputs. This is the second year of the survey and this report is an update and extension of the 2007 report.
