REMOVAL CONDITION
24. In instances where existing MWT or ASHP equipment is no longer intended to be used, for example if other technologies are installed, or the equipment becomes incapable of being used, for example through breakdown that cannot be or is not repaired, the condition requires that it must be removed as soon as reasonably practicable. The removal condition is otherwise self-explanatory.
