Scottish Government Response to UK Consultation on Family Migration

The Scottish Government's response to the UK Government consultation on family migration.

This focused on rights of non-EEA (European Economic Area) nationals entering, remaining in or settling in the UK on the basis of a relationship with a British citizen or a person settled here. This also looked at the family members of workers and students, refugee family reunion and family visitors.
