The Consultation Report and Consultation Analysis arising from the Scottish Government's public consultation on criminal legal aid contributions and financial eliibility.
A consultation on the original terms of a scheme proposed by SafeDeposits Scotland against the conditions set out in the Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) Regulations 2011 ran from 5 December 2011 until 22 January 2012. Prior to the end of that consultation period SafeDeposits Scotland revised their terms. A period of consultation on the new terms ran from 6 February to 18 March 2012. This publication contains the responses to that consultation agreed to be made public by respondees.
This report summarises stakeholders’ reactions to each of the consultation proposals and sets out the Government’s response.

This paper describes the pilot application of Programme Budgeting and Marginal Analysis (PBMA) in Scotland. Within the Health Care Quality Strategy for NHSScotland one of the three quality ambitions is concerned with providing a more efficient and effective health service. This paper supports this ambition by discussing how outcome measures could be used, along with cost data disaggregated in this way, to inform discussions around the value for money associated with different programmes.
