The Centre for Housing Market Analysis (CHMA) was formed in 2008 and is part of the Scottish Government's Communities Analytical Services Division. CHMA provides support to local authorities, and others, to aid the strategic planning of housing in Scotland.
The HNDA refresh process has reached an interesting point. CHMA has investigated the production of an HNDA Tool to potentially reduce the cost and complexity of the process in future. More details are available.
