Sawnwood Production
A total of 2.9 million green tonnes were sawn by Scottish sawmills in 2010, producing 1.6 million m3 sawnwood. This represents a 10% increase on the previous year. Over the longer term, the figures have increased by almost double since the mid 1990s.
