The following tables provide time series information, back to 2004-05, on criminal justice social work activity at local authority area, community justice area and Scotland levels:
New data is added to these tables annually. The tables are, in addition, updated on a continuous basis throughout the year to reflect any revisions made to already published data. As a result, some of the figures in these tables may differ from those in the published bulletin(s) for the year(s) in question.
The vast majority of these tables contain detailed information for which it is only possible to show one year's data at a time. For such tables, you can pick the year you want by selecting from the drop down menu in the light blue cell near the top right hand corner of the table.
Community Payback Orders (CPOs)
CPOs were introduced to replace Community Service Orders, Probation Orders and Supervised Attendance Orders for offences committed on or after 1 February 2011. Community Payback Orders Imposed provides information from the Scottish Court Service on the number of CPOs issued in each month of 2011.
